Hey, its Dan here with the Blues

I am looking to stay young and most likely not compete in the cup, so I will let go of older guys like Kariya, Tkachuk, Brewer and Jackman. Andy McDonald is hard to get, but he is open to any kind of trades (that include getting young players).

I want to keep my prospects (Pietrangelo, Oshie, Berglund, Cole), but my picks could be traded in deals, if I like the trade.

Also, Erik Johnson, Roman Polak and Colaiacovo can be had....but Johnson will take alot to get.

What is the dose and is it possible to take too much?
The recommended dose is 1 to 4 capsules a day. Opinions vary as to how much Omega 3 should be taken daily, some recommend high intake for athletes and in the case of severe depression.

If you have a high oily fish intake, then you will not need so much. Remember that high doses of fish oil act like a blood thinner and can potentially heighten bruising and bleeding. If on blood thinning medication talk with your medical professional.
